Healthy cauliflower fried rice recipes
This is an amazing healthy fried rice recipes made from cauliflower which can be made in 10 minutes. So easy to make too!
Ingredient
  • 24 ounces cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 6 ounces broccoli florets (chopped)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Put cauliflower in the bowl of a food processor about 2 minutes until it resembles rice; set aside
  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and white pepper in small bowl; set aside
  • Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium skillet over low heat
  • Cook the eggs until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side and let stand for 5 minutes until cool then sliced into small pieces; set aside
  • Cook garlic and onion with 1 remaining tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring often, until onions have become translucent (about 3 minutes)
  • Add broccoli, carrots, corn and peas, stirring constantly until vegetables are tender (about 3 minutes)
  • Add cauliflower, eggs, green onions, soy sauce mixture and stirring constantly and cook until the cauliflower is tender (about 3 minutes)
  • Serve with sesame seeds on top.
